Hotel simpático, limpo, com quartos relativamente pequenos mas a precisarem de modernização nos quartos de banho. Bom pequeno almoço, com excelente localização central e umas boas vistas sobre o rio. Prefiram quartos para o rio em vez de virados para a rua. Funcionários muito simpáticos

Boa vista para o Rio Corgo. Os quartos sao espaçosos, e muito limpos. Bom pormenor as toalhas personalizadas. Internet funciona bem. O pequeno almoço sem deslumbrar é bom, contem tudo o necessario para um pequeno almoço rapido. O estacionamento gratuito e de facil acesso é um aspecto muito positivo. Pela negativa, nao tem carregamento para carros electricos - pelo menos visivel, e as alcatifas dos quartos nalguns ponto precisam substituição. Staff profissional e cordial, mas sem brilho.

We really liked the hotel, a spacious and comfortable lounge, animated by a very funny parrot. The terrace is magnificent, with beautiful views of the river Tajo. The staff is very attentive and makes your stay pleasant. The room is very comfortable. A highly recommended hotel, and it is also very well located, in the centre.

A spacious room with good beds and a neat bathroom form the basis of this hotel. It has its own parking garage and an indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, the latter was not heated, which has the great advantage that it is certainly not busy. Fortunately, there are two sun terraces to warm up again and a fitness room for those who do not have enough. The hotel is conveniently located in relation to the city. All kinds of restaurants are nearby. Terra de Montanha is recommended. The breakfast was reasonable, but certainly not great for a four-star hotel.

Hemos estado en este hotel 1 noche y ha sido correcto. Decir que la ubicación es bastante céntrica, pero la ciudad tampoco tiene mucho interesante para visitar. La zona tranquila, se ve el paseo por la zona del rio. El hotel dispone de un parking gratuito delante de la entrada en el que no tuvimos problema para aparcar. La habitación en nuestro caso era tipo Jr suite por lo que era amplia. Baño amplio y limpio, un pequeño salón con las camas de los niños y una habitación con cama de matrimonio independiente; bien. El desayuno es muy sencillo. Sólo algunos panes, un par de tipos de embutidos, zumos de brick, algo de bollería y ya. Para ser un 4*, sencillo. Además nos habían dicho que tenían alguna opción sin gluten pero no había nada (y preguntamos). Dispone de una piscina interior. Para una noche de paso no está mal.

Our Standard double room with small balcony & breakfast was great, we had a spectacular view of the Rio Corgo Gorge which was enhanced at night by floodlights. Our room came with breakfast, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, shower over the bath, TV, wardrobes and a small fridge. The balcony was large enough for us both to sit outside and enjoy an afternoon beverage. The hotel has 2 indoor pools the larger being 16 metres long, a very well equipped modern gym and outdoor sun leaners on the terrace and by the pool. The staff were great, very accommodating to our needs and friendly. We based ourselves here to visit the Douro Valley (no car) and being an easy 900 metre walk to the bus station to get to Regua, the valley and the MiraDouro Train made that easy. Great location.

A/C did nothing, very dark and dated. Didn’t feel clean at all and the beds were the least comfortable I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Would not return, could not wait to leave. Only pluses we’re front desk staff were very pleasant and kids liked the pool as it was our only way to cool down in the extremely hot day.
