The hotel itself is amazing. Wonderful views, great spa, perfect service. It’s just a bit outside of Porto. Expect to walk 10-15 minutes to get to anything.

This is a five star experience hotel. The welcome reception sets a great tone and the veiws from the hotel are amazing. BEds and bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. Spa is beautiful just too bad the indoor pool is not open later at night, or if the outdoor pool was heated, it would be great to have a swim after a long day of touring in the evening. The food and service at the Orangerie and at breakfast was exceptional . The concierge was also very responsive and helpful in suggesting tours and restuarants.

This hotel was beautiful with amazing views of Porto. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The outdoor pool area was excellent with calming views and a relaxing area to enjoy the ambiance. I want to return as soon as possible.

If you are looking to indulge and be treated like royalty, The Yeatman is the place to stay. I have been to many 5 star hotels and have rarely felt so well cared-for as I did at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with respect and shown personally around the establishment. Our room was quiet, comfortable and with incredible views. I treated myself to the wine barrel spa treatment and followed with the amenities. I felt pampered beyond belief, yet without the pretentious style I’ve experienced at other spas. The staff are very generous and care about your experience. The breakfast was the best we had in Portugal. We will have to dedicate an entire 5 star review to the Gastronomic restaurant to do it justice. We will make a journey back to Porto just so that we can stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much!

All good but I didn’t get any special treatments to be an ******* customer. By the other hand, a friend of mine traveling with me, who booked with Amex, got upgrade, early check in, massage credit, high floor, breakfast, etc… I got nothing… Thanks
