Very good, convenient transportation

Although everyone recommends booking a hotel in the old town, I think the location of this hotel is also good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk (or take 3 light rail stations) to reach the Louis I Bridge, where you can enjoy the scenery of the Douro River. It is still very convenient. Overall cleanliness, comfort level is also very high, the environment is quiet, and it is close to large department stores. It is a bit strenuous to walk up the long slope to the light rail station on the bridge after dinner under the bridge at night. But where in Porto does not need to walk up the slope? The front desk staff of the hotel all have poker faces, no smiles and no expressions. It feels like a group of part-time employees are in charge. Don't expect any hospitality. I bought a day's breakfast the next morning after checking in, but the price was not €10.5 as indicated by trip.com, but €13.5, which is a bit expensive. Later, I found a cafe opposite the hotel. The breakfast was cheaper and free, and the service was better and more enthusiastic. In addition, the hotel provides hand wash for guests to take a shower🤣🤣 In summary, the hardware facilities are good, and there is free coffee and tea supply, but the service temperature of the staff is missing.
