Beautiful place! Thanks to Maria who was amazing when I was trying to book the room during the most busiest time, which was the weekend the Raw Air competition took place in March 2025. Breakfast was out of this world! Would highly recommend it! It is a short distance from the world largest si jumping hill and there were regular shuttle buses going there during the competition weekend.

My fiancé and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway at Tyrifjord Hotel last week with our little baby. This charming hotel has a truly idyllic location right by the fjord - had I been just a little braver, I would have even taken an ice bath from their swim dock! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back—especially in spring or summer to go hiking and take full advantage of the swimming opportunities.
