沒人服務一切自助！提前幾個月訂的都沒及時給我發郵件房間密碼，大冷天孩子們又冷又餓等了幾個小時到處找前台，也沒有，密碼也沒有！特別糟糕！房間還可以！不過也沒人打掃衞生沒人倒垃圾！紙巾用完還得走好遠去要，雪厚還摔了四下！
