This is a non maintained hotel as don't go by photographs as it's gimmick , 2 nights I couldn't properly sleep as bugs was biting making my skin swollen and itching , next day also after informing the same bedsheet was there , no tea bags in room I have asked for not received in 2 days . there are many hotels plz stay in that avoid this hotel

My recent stay at park iris hotel at mg road was a major disappointment. The room was poorly maintained, with broken window panes, excessive mosquitoes, and only one towel provided. The bathroom was unclean, had a strong cigarette odor, and a dirty dustbin. The bedsheets were old and wrinkled. The water kettle was dirty, and there was only one cup and glass for two guests. The room was cramped, and the mirror was old and spotted. The bathroom’s exhaust fan was also non-functional. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation.

Service is not up to mark. No helper for luggage. And no parking slot at hotel it is little far away from hotel. No valet parking.
Rooms are also average. Phone call to reception is also not working.
