Avoid this hotel
Awful experience. The room Wifi was not working. The bathroom had only one towel and no toilet paper upon entry. The room smelled of cigarettes. I left the hotel after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Hotel management did not approve it.

The room was nice and comfortable. Lots of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. The only issue was they couldn’t find my booking when we arrived.

Quasi tutto il personale è stato splendido. Bravissimo il manager (che ci ha anche aiutato ad avere i letti singoli, come avevamo richiesto) e il personale delle pulizie. Poco disponibile la donna alla reception. La tv non è mai andata e il wifi non andava quasi mai. Abbiamo chiesto tante volte intervento per il wifi.

Though I reserved 3 weeks ago and paid, they gave my room to others and said they can’t find my reservation. They said they wanted me to go different hotel at 2am , then manipulated to find a room . It took almost an hour waiting at 2 am and terrible service

VGA summer trip.
Food was very good. Wifi was inconsistent, and not dependable. Bathroom lighting was sub-optimal, and water drainage was a problem. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Operating TV remote needs special expertise. Help was not prompt, when requested. Limited staff were trying to work hard. They were courteous.

The staff were very cooperative. Room was clean, washroom / bath room were clean and hygienic. Ambience of hotel was comfortable. Easy access to public transport. Nearby restaurants were good. Over all experience was good.

Not a business hotel as expected. Cocroaches in room, wifi was not working, door key card was not working. Had opted for meal but had one and only biryani option. Breakfast was not on time. We were 5 and had booked a room each individually. But everyone had same worst experience. One woman customer felt too ugly and she shifted to other hotel due to this experience. Not worth for the price paid. While escalating staff was neither calling manager nor giving his contact details. Will not recommend this hotel for business experience or family stay either.
