My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk manager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant Manager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they manage to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Bathroom floors were very slippery. Toilets are very small. Amenities are outdated except the rooms. Probably, the old property is not wholly renovated. Although, staff were courteous and helpful. Absolute same breakfast served every day with regular options but nothing elaborate. Food taste is good though.

Excellent experienc at the Bayleaf restaurant. Chef Nirmal took care of our individual preferences and ensures the food suited our taste to a T. Rajesh from Wynk served excellent chilled beer whilst dazzling us with his professionalism. Lakshmi was courteous and professional and made us feel right at home. Thanks to them we had a wonderful evening. Thank you for making the evening special.

Great food at Bay leaf and excellent service by Rajesh and Lakshmi. Service with a smile. Excellent recommendation of food by chef Nirmal with authentic Andhra taste. Reasonably priced and good value for money. Highly recommended. Will be back

Taj is known for its hospitality. The staff at Vivanta, Vijayawada is very good. They always extends warmth and are very courteous. They have always taken personal care of me from Check in to check out. The food and other services too are very good.

Restaurant Manager Joseph is very polite and helpful *** and staff Rashmi Ranjan and Das are took well care of us a great hospitality to see from the team.we had a good experience over there with nice ambience.I really want to thank everyone.we will look forward to next visit.

Excellent city centre hotel , good staff and good food . The rooms are neat and clean wash rooms . The housekeeping staff are well trained and efficient The front office staff are polite and always ready to assist The service and the food are good
