Though the hotel is having all the necessary items but maintenance is very poor. For each item working we have to call service people. They should increase the manpower.

No service boy, no mineral water, no response from management on any service request, no proper car parking, cockroaches in room, no hot water, it's my experience on one night stay with family

Entered the hotel by 10. 05 pm and got checked in at 11. 10 pm only they gave a pathetic room and i refused to enter that room again they gave the super doper the worst room refused again then the manager itself went to some room cleaned it and checked in by 11. 45 pm
no kettle in the room full of insects like cockroaches horrible experience paid the money hence without any option staying in the room

So many cockroaches and noise environments and congestive lanes and food items taste is just ok. Mainly no locking system. Or maybe i failed to know how to lock. Anyway overall experience is not satisfactory.

Hospitality wise good. Some maintainance needed for washroom cleaning and roof freshness. Tv also not worked. Staff also not friendly

rooms are not hygiene, wash room taps are not working properly. mirror in bathroom is not clean. bedsheets and comforter is stinking… food is average not that great but overall it’s not recommended..
