Room is very small kettle not working even after complaining at Reception no response, no cup to drink warm water or tea coffee very poor response breakfast is very low standard

Terrible service, there is no one in reception during the check in/check out & zero service in terms of any asks from the room horrible service to park the car because of the construction work going on during the the stay in the hotel & any injuries would have been a serious concern

property location is main road Room is very neat beds also service also very good response i always prefer this hotel for visiting Vijaywada.

Rooms were dirty and not hygienic at all. Tissues and handwash was not available in the washroom. Tiles were broken n room given not same as shown while booking
