Beautiful manor in Estonia countryside. I've reserved Zen room which should have had nature views. Our room did not really have nature views, but the view was to the wall of an other building. Also the room, especially it's bathroom was very hot. We've enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant a lot. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Overall nice stay, but not great.

This is a fabulous and elegant country property in Estonia which is in desperate need of repair. Promising a top end spa retreat, it is not. Its crazy golf, for example, costing €24 felt like a derelict and overgrown legacy of the past. The pool was closed. Our room in the out building was on the top floor and after some very steep and spidery stairs. Our room smelt bad and was dark and dirty, had a poor shower, and furnished with poor furniture and no taste….AVOID THE OUTBUILDING Staff were, in general, over-stretched and grumpy…. With so much potential this was a real disappointment….with one highlight: dinner was good. Overpromising and overpriced and disappointing

There is no ventilation in the room , very poor sound insulation , you can hear everyone walking along the corridor .There is only one pillow option and it is a large pillow. Very poor quality food in the restaurant, I don,t recommend it. There is no other way to eat, so it makes sense to stay there overnight

This is a large hotel complex situated within restored building in large grounds. It was quite difficult to locate our room as none of the signs showed it, the QR code was not helpful. Room 18 was well appointed with a sofa, desk & chair with velux windows and the original half moon window. The room was never completley dark due to the outdoor lighting and the difficulty in curtaining these windows. The shower room is large, modern with plenty of space for toiletries, had a hairdryer and underfloor heating. Very good lighting. Breakfast was very good with a mix of hot and cold options, good coffee. Free wifi with good reception in the room. large grounds to walk around.

We didn’t have water in our room. They promised discount and didn’t do it. They told they will contact us and offer solution and didn’t do it. And it was me going there for 20+years 10+ times. No call no discount. And we couldn’t even wash our teeth

Service is bad, and prices are too high. So a beautiful place, but the management is terrible. Feels like this place does not have an owner. some staff don't even speak English.Bad choice of beer and wine.

Amazing place to stay in! Super nice spa with cosy atmosphere. Great hotel. Super nice garden! Lots of activity options. You can play golf, rent a bike, sail with boat in the river near there. Very kind workers! I recommend you to stay there!

This is a nice Baltic German manor hotel, and we were lucky to be here in sunshine and warmth (I had been here twice before). Lovely grounds, a magnificent, large new spa, very good reception staff, and the function rooms for business quite good. But my room had torn mosquito screens, and a foul smell emanated from the bathroom. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and the dark rooms were three-star at best. Breakfast was even worse, with a very slim selection and few truly tasty selections (lots of high-carb things, old bread), and the dinners were okay food-wise but brought down by genuinely unfriendly, rude waitresses, especially an old one with badly-colored red hair. Transport logistics had several hiccups, and all this added up to an experience that was subpar and at best satisfactory, but not more.
