ドアの鍵に凄いクセがあって、開け閉めに時間がかかります。というか、内側から鍵をかけたら出れなくなりました。大切な夕日の時間もこれによって逃し、スタッフは親切
ですが、フロントも掃除の人も状態を把握している様子で、つまり長い間この状態を放置しています。鍵穴に油を差すと言っていましたが、ドアそのものが斜めで、そのような対応では解決できません。このサイトを通して、お金を返してもらえないでしょうか?

The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous.
However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked.
Aside from this issue, the experience was positive.

I don't recommend it to anyone unless there is nothing else. I went with my girlfriend and asked for a double bed, but they ignored it, even though there were beds available.
There was a water leak in the shower, which filled the bathroom floor with water every time we used it.
The walls were all scratched, electrical cables were visible.
When talking to the receptionist called “Emilio”, about all these problems and after checking them himself, he still had the nerve to ask me: - what do you want me to do with you?
