He llamado hoy al 886 300026 para preguntar si tenían aire acondicionado y una señorita bastante desagradable, después de decirle que lo necesito por salud, me contesta que sí pero que ella es de Cangas y que en Junio no se necesita aire acondicionado. Insisto en saberlo dejando un aviso para que me llamen y la maleducada me llama y se desdice reconociendo que no tiene. Desde un primer momento me suelta "busque otro hotel" . En fin, entiendo porque hay cadenas hoteleras que no van a más... con gente tan maleducada para atender...

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar en navidad de todo el alumbrado tan increíble. En plena plaza Puerta del Sol desde las ventanas del hotel tienes la vista impresionante del inmenso árbol y las calles aledañas con su iluminación. A pesar de tenerlo tan cerca, no molesta su luz al acostarte pues a las doce menos un minuto apagan su iluminación y además el hotel cuenta con unas cortinas opacas que no deja entrar la luz. Como cosa negativa tengo que contar que si necesitáis que sea un hotel totalmente accesible para sillas de ruedas, etc, contéis con que al entrar hay una pequeña recepción y luego para subir al ascensor tenemos que subir escalones, no hay ascensor a pie de calle. Como cosa buena, en la 1ª planta tienen máquinas de café, agua fría y pastas cortesía del hotel totalmente gratis.

We booked the apartments and it’s a great place to stay, good conditions, great location, right in the centre and you can do everything by walking. If you don’t have neighbours, you will not hear much noise. Shower and bed are clean. There is no morning light if you do not want it. Windows have curtains.
