Better than what I was expecting, from the first contact over the phone to the last at the check out. The room was quite spacious, it had a big wardrobe. I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

Estoy encantada con todo el equipo. Viajo frecuentemente por trabajo a Vigo y tanto mi pareja como mi mascota vienen conmigo y siempre nos tratan como en casa. Las habitaciones son súper confortables, la cama, la ducha... todo es perfecto y, además, siempre nos tienen algún detalle para Limón. Sois maravillosos, equipo. Gracias por todo lo que hacéis ;)

Hemos pasado dos noches en el Hotel Atlantico de Vigo. Al final, tuvimos que poner una reclamación. Viajábamos con dos perritos. Cuando llamamos se nos indicó, que los animales no podían pasar de 20kg, por el contrario, no se nos informó del coste adicional que estos cabellaban. Tampoco de la normativa interna que indica que los animales no pueden estar solos en la habitación. Al salir del hotel, nos han cobrado 60e de más, por los dos perritos. Al indicarles que no teníamos conocimiento de esto, un señor que estaba en la recepción, muy molesto por nuestra queja, ha estado incordiandonos muy fuertemente. Propiciando una serie de improperios fuera de lugar. Hemos tenido que pedirle amablemente que por favor nos dejara realizar nuestra queja. Ha continuado presionándonos de una forma bastante agresiva para impedir que realizásemos nuestra hoja de reclamaciones. Además, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y presentan un aspecto que nada tiene que ver con las fotos publicadas… estaba todo bastante sucio.

Muy atento el personal y todo muy limpio y ordenado en mi caso ubicacion perfectamente ubicada para llegar desde la AP9 y librar de la zona de bajas emisiones y al lado de la clinica donde tenia que hacer una operación, en caso de tener que volver lo elegiría sin ninguna duda.

Habitaciones supercorrectas, y limpias, con una excelente ubicación para moverte a pie por Vigo, y realizar unas compras. Para el vehículo hay varias opciones de parking cercanas, y como en mi caso, se encuentra a 15 minutos del aeropuerto .
