Habitación fantástica con doble ventanal desde el que se tenía una bonita vista de la bahía. Baño muy amplio y en perfecto estado. Desayuno buffet muy variado y con productos de calidad. No doy a este hotel la máxima calificación por situación, ya que está un poco alejado del centro.

O horário do check-in foi alterado sem aviso prévio(era às 14, mas informaram que era às 15). Às garrafas do minibar estavam muito sujas, o preço era muito alto para baixa qualidade do quarto, a cama não era confortável e os travesseiros não eram bons. Escolhi este hotel pois já havia ido ao de Lisboa e a experiência havia sido ótima. Infelizmente o hotel em Vigo não é tão confortável quanto o de Lisboa.

Siento decir que en materia de limpieza, lamentable, sábanas sucias y me picaron pulgas, tras comentarlo en recepción, ni disculpas me dieron, las 4 estrellas que tiene le sobran 3.
Por no decir que la bañera tenía restos de agua, ( a las 19h ) eso si, tiene un cartel que dice que si fumas te cobran 100€, cuanto les tendría que cobrar yo por el picor de las pulgas. Lamentable

Ubicación pegado al puerto, algo alejado del centro a unos 15-20 minutos andando. Posee parking, es difícil aparcar por la zona. Habitaciones muy normales para el precio que tienen, sin vistas a una pared. Atención del servicio mejorable por parte chica de recepción poca amable para atención a personas. Desayuno amplio y con variedad. Limpieza mejorable.
