Se está quedando atrás en comparación con otros hoteles de Vigo y alrededores. Es cierto que es un edificio bonito ubicado en el centro, pero: - la limpieza de la habitación fue un poco escasa, había unas manchas marrones en la ducha que al abrir el agua desaparecieron… - no hay amenities, solo un gorro de baño. Nos olvidamos el cepillo de dientes y tuvimos que ir a comprar uno, ya que no hay ni cepillo, ni peine, bastoncillos… - el hotel tiene poquísima cobertura, por lo que ofrecen wifi pero hay dos tipos: una gratis que va muy lenta, o una de pago. No es normal que en este siglo haya que pagar por algo que en otros hoteles es gratis. - no hay smart tv, es una televisión antigua y no ofrece conexión a internet. - el personal de recepción podía ser un poco más agradable… Relación calidad-precio cara, y tampoco teníamos incluido el desayuno, pero hay muchas cafeterías alrededor.
