In accordo con le altre recensioni se si va con un pacchetto smart box si incontrano delle difficoltà. Noi abbiamo subito deciso di pagare un supplemento di 36 euro a notte per una camera con letto matrimoniale. La standard con letto alla francese offerta da loro non è presente sul sito quindi per non rischiare... La stanza superior è comunque piccola, non ci sono cassetti né armadi, solo una zona guardaroba. Comunque l'essenziale c'è anche se da un 4 stelle superior ci si aspetta di più (almeno le ciabatte da camera e un kit benvenuto più fornito). La camera si trovava vicino alla cappa della cucina quindi era meglio tenere chiuse le finestre. Colazione abbondante e varia. La Spa strutturalmente un po vecchia ma pulita e con ottimi servizi. Ottima la cucina, con qualche pecca il servizio.

È l’unico hotel business style in Vignola, il suo vantaggio è di avere una spa bella ed ampia e una palestrina . Le camere sono démodé, alcune camere hanno prese che funzionano solo se la luce è accesa.. anche vicino al letto. Il ristorante ha un buon menù, ma la qualità dipende dal giorno, pesce solo decongelato (se ordinate spiedini di calamari aspettate 20min minimo) no allo spaghetto alle vongole, ottime le tagliatelle e la coscia di pollo ripiena. Lo staff è per lo più rumeno gentile la proprietà locale. Hanno garage gratuito molto comodo con accesso diretto alla struttura.

L'hotel si presenta bene, la struttura è molto gradevole.
molto pulito e ambienti confortevoli.
Personale molto gentile.
La camera era in ordine pulita, ampia e silenziosa.
Letto comodo e bagno delle giuste dimensioni.
La colazione non era molto ricca, come in altre strutture , ma è di ottima qualità, pertanto molto meglio così.
ottimo il parcheggio , con possibilità di quello coperto senza costi aggiuntivi.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The views over the cherry fields are beautiful! The staff are friendly and accommdating. The hotel is on the edge of the town and very quiet at night.

I suggest staying somewhere else. I'm very disappointed with this hotel. It says it's a 4.5 star hotel offering a pool and sauna, but guess what they tried to charge me 28 euros to use the pool! I only spent 2 nights and I was mostly exploring the area during the day, so the day I checked out I wanted to use the amenities before flying out. Check out is 10:30am, I checked out of my room earlier so cleaning could have a hesd start. Little did I know, I was no longer considered a guest and couldn't use the gym. They argued with me that the pool is not included, yet as you can see from the photo, it's part of the main amenities. I understand paying for massages etc, but access to the hotel pool. This is a first for me and I travel all over Italy half of the year. The rooms are also outdated so besides having a place to park your car that's the best thing about the hotel in my opinion.

Un bel Resort , le camere sono molto comode e spaziose,il personale è Gentilissimo, hanno una bella SPA , sono bene organizzati, al primo piano c’è un bel Ristorante dove si fa anche la colazione molto spazioso , è un posto tranquillo si sta benissimo
