15 years after our last visit, we came back to Villa Angela and the charm was still intact. House has been slightly refurbished and modernized (new bathroom, aircon), but the treasures it features are still intact. After travelling across Asia for over 30 years, I can say Villa Angela is a unique place in a unique city, that in my heart equals Luang Prabang. Thank you for the lovely pair of care takers who made our stay so comfortable.

Villa Angela is an authentic 19c Colonial Mansion located centrally in the WH site Colonial city of Vigan. The antique furnishings and romantic ambience offers an exceptional experience for ALL travelers. Breakfast served in the original Main Hall is sumptuous and allows fellow guests to share the common experience and exchange info, as if traveling together as guests of the Colonial master, descendants of which who may actually join-in to introduce the Mansion's heritage.

There are rooms that can accommodate 10 people like the one we recently stayed in when we went to visit Ilocos Sur & Ilocos Norte. Staff are so helpful & accommodating (courteous & very friendly). A resort one can always come back to for vacation in the North

Loving it!
Amazing stay! Walking distance to Calle Crisologo which is a bonus. It’s like we turn back in time. We hired some costumes and we did some pictures.

This is a unique and antique mansion with a lot of history. The furniture is awesome and the place is filled with artefacts. I felt like staying in a museum. The hosts, Maricris and Tony, were kind, pleasant and very helpful. They made me feel home. This was an unforgettable stay.

Best place to stay in Vigan
Absolutely loved this wonderful hotel. Both house and owner have such interesting stories, left feeling like part of the family and highly recommend Villa Angela for a stay in Vigan.
