Very well located in the heart of Vigan. So-called charming hotel with a Hispanic interior: superb staircase and large room on the first floor. But: Rather cold welcome, rare in the Philippines. Dated room - particularly the bathroom - could do with a serious renovation. Breakfast served in a dining room serving as a bar in the evening which is not very welcoming and only offers two possibilities. In short, a very disappointing hotel.
