La posizione di questo B&B é eccezionale, peccato non dicasi altrettanto dell'appartamento. Mancanza di set bagno, asciugamani disassortiti, lenzuola rotte e bucate, stoviglie anch'esse vecchie e disassortite. Per non parlare delle sdraio disfatte su quel gran bel terrazzo, unico punto di forza dell'appartamento. Cara proprietaria, illudi con le belle parole, ma i fatti sono tutt'altro.. un gran peccato.. riammoderna anche l'interno e forse ci ritorneremo!

L' appartamento può essere bello e comodo. Purtroppo le lenzuola erano rotte in diversi punti, alcuni materassi vecchi. Le sdraio del terrazzo (molto bello) anche quelle rotte. Ci aspettavamo molto di piu' per quello che abbiamo pagato. Peccato perche' ci vuole poco a fare un po' di modifiche e aver cura di un appartamento cosi'. Non lo consiglio e purtroppo non ci ritornerei.

Eingangsbereich ausserhalb und rund um das Gebäude ist es sehr schmutzig, dazu kommt jede Menge Katzenkot vor der Eingangstüre.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mittelmässig.

When I booked this apartment, it was mainly because of the 2 bedrooms, elevator and AC. When we arrived we discovered there was no AC. Later that night we discovered there was no hot water in the shower and the pressure was really low. The owner was communicating initially but when I contacted him about the problems the stopped responding. We prepaid and had to dispute it on my card. We left the next day and had to pay another $100 for transportation to the next town. The apartment was beautiful but needed better bedding and decor...t Not having AC or adequate water to take a shower was a deal breaker and the lack of communication was disappointing. As a Travel Agency owner this reminded me of the importance of traveling the world and finding the best place to stay and the places not to stay. To this day, the owner never contacted me.
