To start, upon arrival, the concierge forgot to return our passport and asked us to go to floor T. if we hadn’t asked, he wouldn’t have then scanned the passport and return it back to us. Upon entering the room, we realized it was a sealed unit. there was no window and the lights were dim. we are very discouraged in staying in. the location wasn’t the best either, it was in the middle between the pier and the town, which makes it difficult to get to either way.
at the day of the check out, we were expecting to check out at the 11:30am as that was the instruction on trip.com, it just so happened that the elevator was broken, so we called for a later check out. It wasn’t until the call the lady at the concierge told me that the check out was at 11, despite trying to reason with her and let her know that wasn’t what we anticipated, she said 11 and asked us to hurry. we then of course had to pack our things and be on our way. by the way, the price of this hotel was nearly 200usd per night. for this price, I wouldn’t have expected poor concierge service and a mouldy hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, there are a lot better choice for this price in AirBnB.
