We had car trouble when we were trying to leave the hotel. Angela truly lived up to her name and was an "angel" who very patiently called our rental car company to explain the issue with our car, but when she could get no help from the company, she called around to get us a local mechanic to come to the hotel to assist us. She really went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you so much Angela.

Very convenient location, very walkable. Room was very clean. The staff very exceptional, especially Angela who went out of her way to help us when we were having car problems. Can’t say enough about how helpful everyone was.

I was in Vieste for the first time, following the recommendation by friends from Lucera, and it was one of my most beautiful stays in Italy. My stay at the Hotel Falcone contributed greatly to my pleasant experience. The service was most kind and professional, something I thought disappeared from European tourism. Bianco,luminoso,con mobili antichi che spiccano nel moderno,bellissimi! Personale super sorridente e professionale. Camere non enormi ma pulite e luminose. Colazione con ampia scelta sua dolce che salata. Posizione centralissima. Da ritornarci

Ho soggiornato con il mio hotel in questa meravigliosa struttura ad Aprile. La camera era spaziosa e pulita meticolosamente, il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile (colgo occasione per salutare la signora Angela che ha curato la mia permanenza in struttura). Colazione ottima con ampia scelta. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò. Allego foto della meravigliosa terrazza e della vista dalla nostra stanza
