Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Professionalità e gentilezza di prim'ordine da parte del personale. Disponibilità eccezionale del personale in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo chiesto e avuto bisogno. La signora Antonella alla reception è il massimo della gentilezza e disponibilità soddisfando tutte le nostre richieste sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel da sola dal 20 agosto al 26.Un hotel dotato di ogni confort molto pulito. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Particolarmente gentili ho trovato il signor Francesco, la signora Adele e Giacomo. La cucina è buona e la colazione è abbondante e varia. Posizione strategica, vicino al centro e non distante dalla spiaggia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato di recente in questa struttura ed è stata la peggiore esperienza della nostra vita! Il servizio che offrono è pessimo....il rapporto qualità/prezzo praticamente inesistente!! Camera fatiscente con moquette e WC sporchi...per non parlare del copriwater (vedi foto allegata) Colazione pessima....c'è il minimo indispensabile!! Abbiamo pagato profumatamente ciascuna camera, per notte e non ci hanno incluso nemmeno servizio spiaggia e telo! Insomma...c'è davvero tanto da rivedere in questa struttura se la si vuole seriamente considerare da 4 *stelle e con tutti i servizi degni di tale categoria!!!

Prenoto il soggiorno a Maggio specificando la presenza di un cane di piccola taglia. Accettano la prenotazione e inviano il regolamento per la gestione del cane in struttura. Arrivo ad Agosto e quando siamo in albergo dopo aver fatto il check in stiamo per salire in stanza ma veniamo fermati perché si accorgono che c'era per l'appunto il cane. Allora ci accusano di non aver comunicato l'esistenza del cane e che non possono darci più la stanza ma devono cambiarla. Specifico loro era stato comunicato del cane ma nessuno ascolta e devo accettare un'altra stanza di stato più vecchio di quella già pronta. Chiedo del parcheggio e mi rispondono che devo scendere giù e procacciarmelo da solo finché non lo trovo. Faccio notare che sarebbe più semplice che segnando l'ora di arrivo comunicassero loro quando si libera un posto ma anche sta volta niente da fare Nessun aiuto nella presa delle valige che ho dovuto salire da sotto il parcheggio dopo aver perso un'ora per sistemare la macchina Piscina sporca e completamente abbandonata alle variabili climatiche Condizionatore Che gocciola sul balcone Levate 2 stelle
