Good value for money Good value for the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, with a stained toilet & radiator hanging off the wall in our bathroom.

Myself & my Brother in law was on a ( just go coach trip going to spain & this hotel was the 1 out of 2 stop overs there was 48 persons on coach at the check in they had no reservation for us after 2hrs at reception we got a room @ Breakfast room to small to accommodate us all they had a household 2 slice toaster continental breakfast we accepted that But after we had our coffee & & slice cheese & ham with dry bread my chair legs gave way & i ended up on the floor at the same time a female member of staff was just walking past as it happened & she just looked at me then carried on walking she did not ask if i was OK or anything it was 3 males from the coach helped me to my feet not once did any member of staff came to my aid I did tell the coach driver his response was i would have to report it to just go as they in the office don't or won't listen to the drivers I knocked my head & elbow on the table corner after we all was on the coach to spain 6 persons told the driver then on our last night after leaving spain we ended up been back at the hotel and again the male on reception could not find our Booking and he wanted to put us up on the top floor with no LIFT in the building I was useing a walker and could not get up the stairs at all so again we was at reception for nearly 3hrs trying to sort a room out in the end he ended asking another person in a gound floor if they would be willing to move so in the end we got into a room that had 4 beds in it so why on earth would they put a single person in a room that can accommodate 4 in this room the Beds was very very low my brother in law had to help me get off the bed on this morning i just got myself a coffee & took it back to the room I did ask to look into their accident book to see if they had put anything about my ending on the floor to be told I. France they do have anything like a accident book i did ask in French and even put my Translation on in French just incase i did Not pronounce it correctly to find i had said it But again was told they do any accidents in a book to which i told them it was illegal all hotels are supposed to have one for health & safety purposes so unless you are on your own or minimum 2 of you then you would be OK BUT to have a 2 slot toaster for a full coach it's beyond a joke ! As it happens i was ok after the chair collapsing i was mad that the female staff member who JUSY CARRIED ON WALKING PAST ME WHILE I WAS ON THE FLOOR DISCUSSING ATTITUDE it might have been because we was English so I definitely wouldn't be going back to this Hostel bad experience had
