It’s a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service! The room was spotless and really cozy—I slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, they’re still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that? The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but they’re super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily. One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. He’s so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since it’s new, Google Maps isn’t quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place. A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay! ---

Perfect hotel, clean, quiet at night. Bed is comfortable. There is a majority of Chinese guests. The ones we had on our floor were extremely loud and unruly. We reminded them of the rules of politeness that exist outside their country. Europeans, Americans and Australians, be prepared to have to tell them to speak less loudly as well. The hotel is very good otherwise!

The hotel has airport pick-up service, thoughtful service, complete facilities, high-end and clean, the staff can speak Chinese and answer our questions enthusiastically, it is very quiet to rest at night, and it is also very convenient to eat. The Jiangxi clay pot stewed soup next to it tastes good. It was a good stay experience. I will book this hotel again next time. It is highly recommended.

Great place that close to the airport. It’s just a few steps away from an amazing outdoor restaurant that has live entertainment and reasonably priced food for good quality and quantity. I would definitely book again for the price to value.

Full marks.. This hotel opened this year.. It is excellent in every aspect.. First of all, the price is the cheapest among similar hotels.. And the room is very spacious..

I made a reservation because it included airport pick-up, welcome fruit, and breakfast. I chose this hotel because it is far from tourist attractions but close to the airport. I made a pickup reservation in advance and received driver and vehicle information. However, there was no driver at the airport, and after calling the hotel 3 times, I was able to get a pick-up taxi after waiting 40 minutes. If you don't speak Chinese, you won't be able to communicate. If I had known it would take this long, I would have chosen a hotel close to the tourist attractions. The employee didn't say a word of apology. I couldn't even see the welcome fruit. The location is located in Chinatown. There is a large supermarket nearby. The room looked spacious and clean, but the bedding was not.

Best hotel that we stayed at in Lao. It has been set up mainly for Chinese tourists and business people. We enjoyed the accommodation that much we stayed 15days instead of the original 4 nights booking. The rooms where very well set up with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Toiletries, water, bath towels included hand towels and face washers. Found comfy gowens and slippers, even 2 gas masks???? That was a concern 😟. The room was a good size with table and chairs, plus a nice comfy chair to relax. The cleaning staff where very good and very friendly. The reception and security staff where very helpful and friendly. TV was set up totally for Chinese visitors, only down fall. Would have been good to have satellite TV to include other guests. The pool was very good plus cleaned regularly. The gym needs a total revamp. Equipment was old and not working. General maintenance and cleaning of the rooms, hallways and entry was very good. A little bit of mould in the grout joints was the only thing, but not as bad as other accommodation that I've seen.. A good monthly clean would keep this problem under control. The breakfast included was pretty boring, which was a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The hotel room is big and clean it is comfortable, with big swimming pools 👍 especially I love the welcoming fruit it’s nice and fresh, the hotel breakfast is very good, and the staff is very nice and friendly, The hotel's internet is very fast.

The room balcony faces the Mekong River, and Thailand is across the street. It is a 10-minute walk from the airport. You can order food, which is not expensive. The restaurant guy is very friendly. In a less developed area, this kind of hotel is more reassuring.
