Cleanliness: bedsheets and bathroom were perfectly clean, but the rest of the room was just so so Location: fantastic location with lots of restaurants , shops, cafes, and bars nearby. Service: Staff were helpful and even helped us order a cab to the station, plus 24/h cafes is really convenient! Amenities: The room had some little things in a state of disrepair, but overall, it was very comfortable. The cafe was a little expensive for the area, but had a lovely space, good wifi, and many electric outlets. It was great for hanging out and when I had remote work to do. Pool was lovely, too, with a nice view. I strongly recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient option.

I love the hotel. You can think the hotel look small if you see in entrance, however, when you enter the hotel, inside is very big area roundabout, hotel restaurant and many relaxation decoration with spiral staircase to swimming pool which make me chill a lot. Staff are helpful and familiar. The location is very convenient with the central area. Famous restaurant are just 5min walk and also can see the fountain at the road junction where a few min away. I was happy in my vacation and make me satisfied my solo trip.

The renovated rooms are nice, however the aircon was not working properly and staff could not fix it. I checked the filters and was shocked how dirty they are. So I manually cleaned the filters, dried them, installed them back on and voila - air-conditioning is working properly. The next guest in this room should thank me. Also, the hotel should probably pay me for the fix haha .. P.S. Hotel staff does not speak any English, not even Lao.. they seem to be Chinese.

Excellent treatment. Staff very friendly, service, pool, amenities are excellent. Breakfast is superb. Definitely will stay in this hotel when come back to Laos next holiday.

Hotel is on a great location in city center. Service was correct. Bedsheets were not so clean and the pillow stinks. Swimming pool was good. I took a massage in hotel and it was average, however room for massage was very ugly and that contribute to the experience. Breakfast buffet was good, many choices and good food. Overall not bad for the room price.

Stayed in this hotel when we were in Vientiane before heading to Luang Prabang, and booked it again for one night. What sold us the most was really the breakfast. Aircon was really noisy in the room we were in though.

This is a good basic hotel. Unfortunately, the toilet tap leaked water all over the bathroom floor, so we had to turn it off. Despite the room having a window, it was very dark as the room looked right into a well and wall. It was fine for a couple of nights and the coffee shop next door was excellent! The bed is very comfortable.

Bit old but decent hotel. seen its best days, but if price is ok, its ok. Noice from the streets passing 1x windows auite easily.bit long walk to places. breakfast quite simple, but omelet, salad and fruits are always plus. no juices.

As an entry point for a family trip that included two nights in Vientiane, two nights in Luang Prabang, and one more night in Vientiane, this hotel was more than worth the price and very satisfying. The facilities are old but clean, and the breakfast, while not particularly luxurious, was more satisfying and delicious than the price would suggest. In addition, the location is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and not far from other major temples, and the views from the top floor and rooftop, as well as the cityscape and sunrise, were excellent. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have the chance next time I travel to Laos.
