every one was very good expect one old lady at the reception who was very non co operative and felt very racist kind of a approach. The Director events intervened and ensure our issues were resolved. The other Director Priya and Kira and other staff were also very kind and co operative . Could not capture her name. She left a bad taste...but was covered well by the Director of Sales and Event who luckily happened to be there and managed the situation.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Hotel in Vientiane and highly recommend it to other couples or travelers. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully lit, with great amenities including free Netflix and YouTube, and a stylish washroom with excellent water pressure. The breakfast each morning was satisfying, offering both Western and Asian options along with delicious coffee. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Mekong River, the night market, and a variety of shops and restaurants.

brand new hotel (2023) build to last longer than 5 years: luxury feeling all over, nice infinity pool, good breakfast selection (outside sitting), location city center with restaurants nearby. Probably BEST VALUE for the location and with a pool! Highly recommended (with Rates around US-$68 net with breakfast)

This was a really nice hotel. Very clean, great location near the night market and lots of places to eat around. It was quiet and the breakfast was good, eggs cooked how you want and a choice of different other things. The staff were really helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly, giving a feeling of excellence. Breakfast was a nice fusion of western and Asian offerings, with helpful servers always ready to assist you. My advice is to take into account you are directly adjacent a vibrant daily night market. You can make your own assumptions about that. I will be returning when the opportunity presents itself.

The location is very good, but the service is problematic. At first I thought breakfast was included, but they asked me to pay $3. I admit my mistake for not reading the voucher carefully. It's a good hotel for just resting. There are many problems with soundproofing. It's so noisy that I can't sleep all night. Expensive compared to the facilities and service. Poor value for money. The internet wifi is too slow, making it hard to breathe. There's no wifi information in the room. It's posted on the stairs going up. Next time....well

Everyone plans to stay in Lijiang for a few days, and the hotel staff will likely need your help. The staff here are among the best in the world. While the facilities are old and in need of renovation, there are no major inconveniences. You can do your laundry and hang it out, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, making for a delicious meal. The proximity to the ancient city makes it easy to visit frequently.

Great hideaway from the busy tourist area! AC worked well and not too many mosquitoes! So pretty to wake up surrounded by jungle plants and birds chirping. Only complaint would be the bathroom door is a bit loud and creaky, we could hear our neighbors when they opened and closed their door. This was only noticeable before bed and didn’t keep us awake!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. Just a few minutes' walk outside, you'll find a lively street popular with tourists. Overall, it's fantastic. The staff service was also excellent; they were very patient and even arranged a car for our early morning flight, which arrived right on time. Our room was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and the pre-ordered breakfast was delicious. The small bags sold at the hotel were more attractive than those found in the market and were very reasonably priced. I bought over ten to bring back as souvenirs for friends. A truly great hotel!
