When I asked if they could help with the makeup room, they said "OK, OK," so I went out feeling relieved, but when I came back, nothing had been done.

For a night of transit it does the trick. My bed was broken but I still slept well.
The room is cleaned but the building itself is not very well maintained: lots of mold, dirty walls, toilets without a lid..
The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful, we booked the bus with them to go to Vang Viang and it must be said that it is practical.
