It is an old building. Needs some renovation. Room size is fine. Nice hot shower. Window with no nice view. Working air conditioning. TV available. It could all be a bit cleaner. It is centrally located in Vang Vieng. Within walking distance to the night market. Downstairs in the hotel there is plenty of space to sit, also outside terrace. Breakfast is very simple.

I paid for three nights and left after the first night. I would not recommend it to anyone. A run-down hotel in a total state of abandonment and absolute degradation. The room and bathroom were very dirty and filthy in terrible conditions. Dirty and yellow/brown sheets, smelly pillows, very dirty mattress in terrible conditions, I slept in my sleeping bag. Air conditioning and wifi work terribly. Rude and rude staff, they don't even say hello. The night man asked me for 1,500,000 Kip to have the card to open the hotel entrance door and come back after midnight, of course I refused and demanded the card. Room on the fourth floor without a lift and very high steps.
