Location is good; there are ATMs nearby and different restaurants and stores around, and it's easy to get a taxi to go to the tourist spot and to the airport. The room is clean, and the swimming pool is okay. We haven’t tried the breakfast as it’s only from 7-8am.

I was a little disappointed by the hotel's exterior, but the interior was clean and remodeled, so I was very satisfied.
It was quiet for the first time in a while, so I felt like I slept well.
The locals' children who work there are so cute.
I think I'll come back again when I go to Thailand and come back to Vientiane.

The description says it is new in 24 years, but even if it is said to be new in 1974, you can trust it. I stayed for 2 nights, but after 1 night, they came to my room and asked why I didn't check out at 11:30. When I said no, they told me to get it all together and leave by 12 o'clock, and when they showed me the reservation screen, I said sorry and left. I usually don't leave reviews, but if you see me hesitate to write one, I'll understand. I was shocked when I lifted the toilet lid. I didn't want to eat breakfast so I passed. Hot water comes out well.
