I wanted to give a bad review, but the cleaning lady and the bartender were all very nice, and the front desk was also nice, half polite. First, we found that we had booked the wrong room type when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk promised to change the room and changed it for us immediately, but after Ctrip applied and coordinated, they did not agree to the application. They said that they would refund the price difference after they agreed. Such a big hotel has been open for many years, so why would they be short of this little money? In the end, Ctrip took the initiative to bear the cost, which greatly reduced my impression of this landmark hotel. The room facilities are old, the TV is still very small after so many years, and there is no TV to watch. I don’t say anything. A whole floor tile fell off the small balcony in the room and was left there. I didn’t plan to say anything. It’s really annoying that the platform doesn’t allow guests to pass the application just because of the price difference. What kind of business is there without a big picture? It’s better to go home and farm!
