The location is in the center of Vientiane, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
The room is very spacious, but there is dust on the cabinet, which is a bit troublesome for me with nasal allergies.

Overall hotel stay was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Only thing that need improvement is the hotel wifi. Wifi connection drops every 2-3 min.

It's a little old, but the location is good and the rooms are not small. There is parking on the premises. The breakfast is average but not bad. The price is reasonable, so it's good for a long stay.

The room was big but the maintenance was bad, the bed creaked, the electricity switch broken, electricity of table lamp broken, electricity switch of the shower dangerous, WIFI / internet that did not or hardly worked
The shower / toilet water on the floor due to leaking water hoses, sink tap was loose
All in all a big backlog in maintenance.
The reception was a nice man but had no experience in managing a reception.
No experience with the restaurant.
