Meakonglao Hotel

I booked this hotel through Trip.com, but it was a scam with completely different conditions. First of all, the hotel has two signs, "1M Hotel" and "Me khong", but there is no sign for "Meakonglao Hotel" that was on Trip.com. I booked a "river view" room, but far from having a "view", there was only one window facing the interior corridor, so you could not see the outside at all from the room. The only amenities provided were a toothbrush set, and the room was not cleaned once during the three days I stayed there. The air conditioner remote control did not work, so I had to adjust it, but even at the lowest temperature it was not very cold. The photos of the room were either from a completely different place or were heavily edited. At least there are no rooms in this hotel with a view of the outside. For details, I have attached photos. The staff were unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed. In Phnom Penh, there was a place operating in the same location with two signs, but again, the photos and the actual thing were far different. Here too, I got the strong feeling that they were operating fraudulently.
