The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the hotel and the surrounding security are very good, and I can rest assured at night. The local Laotians are very good, gentle, Buddhist, and enthusiastic. Amazing time spent at the hotel. Whilst location was a little out of the way of central Vientiane, it’s definitely made it up in terms of service and facilities. Being a new hotel, everything was pleasant to the eye and extreme attention to detail by staff.
Note - the hotel does not have exchange facilities so make sure you exchange in advance or find a bank/ATM machine.
The only negative to note was that there was a mosquito in the condiments during breakfast.

The service attitude is good, but the front desk staff is not proficient in using the POS machine. The environment is clean and tidy. I would like to give some advice. The fragrance system in the building is too stinky! It is totally unnecessary. Everything else is satisfactory.

I appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel, which was built with high-quality materials. The room was not only new but also clean, making me feel right in such a cozy and elegant space. I loved that there were Laos, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor, just a short distance from the check-in area. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide variety of options, alongside ready meals that you could pick up. After a long journey on the train, The spa provided an amazing experience with an aromatherapy massage that helped me relax.
