スタッフの皆様は親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。朝食バイキングもとても美味しかったです。メコン川やナイトマーケットも近く、多少の飲食店、コンビニもあり、立地は申し分ないです。プールやサッカーゲームやビリヤードもあり、退屈しなくてすみました。設備は価格相応だと思います。スタッフの方の笑顔を見に、まだ利用したいと思います。

酒店維護的很一般，房間和被子等都有股黴味，洗澡水很小很輕柔。傢俱都很舊，房間也很小，基本上衹能在床上呆著，清潔情況算還好，我沒有覺得很乾凈，但也不算臟。這樣的酒店顯得價格虛高，萬象這個地方酒店水平很一般，同樣價格在中國和泰國可以得到更好點酒店和服務，而這裏衹是最基本的條件。第二天我離開了，花多一點的錢去稍好一些的酒店，住這裏實在是為難自己。唯一的優點是早餐還不錯，如果你不介意到處飛的小蟲子和蒼蠅。

残念ながら、フロントは宿泊客によって態度を変えるようです。最初にあてがわれた私の部屋はトイレルームが水漏れしていて、枕カバーやシーツは湿っていてとても臭く（その旨を説明したところ、他の部屋に変えてはくれました）、かつ、チェックアウト時刻はアプリ上には12:00までとあるものの、フロントには11:30までと記載されていたため、改めてどちらの時刻が正しいか確認すると、11:30までだと不機嫌そうな顔で答えられました。しかしながら、私がそのルールを守り11:30にチェックアウトした後、ロビーで他の客を見ていたところ、12:00近くにチェックアウトする客の方が多く特にお咎めもなかったので、ルールを守った私は馬鹿馬鹿しい気分になりました。（結局チェックアウト時間はいつまでが正解だったのか…）レビューが良かったため初めて予約しましたが、ルールを守ろうとする方々や大人しい方々は、その優しさにつけ込まれる可能性があるため、残念ながらこのホテルは合わないかもしれません。帰国前、最後のビエンチャン滞在宿として選びましたが、悲しく残念な気持ちで終わりました。唯一、ロケーションはとても良かったです。
