This hotel staff was very unfriendly...no cleaning service. And misplaced my 100rmb deposit. And was trying to refuse to give It despite proof that it was paid until my local friend shouted at them.

The service is absolutely the worst. The staff service is the worst and they are unfriendly. It seems like a family run business, but I think they should hire more staff to provide better service. The staff should reflect.
The service is not worth even one star.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the stunning city views from there. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean. We stayed in room 303. There was an elevator, a TV, 2 free bottles of water, 2 packets of coffee, a toothbrush, shampoo, and soap. However, the bed was too small, making it difficult for 3 people to sleep there. The towels were a bit black. The staff provided good service. There was a 500 baht or 300,000 kip deposit.
