Un manque inexplicable dommage
L'hôtel en lui même est tout a fait correct. Chambre et équipements simples mais dans la bonne moyenne
Personnel sympathique et serviable
Malheureusement, grosse déconvenue en termes d'accès. Hors horaires d'ouverture de la réception, l'enregistrement et l'accès doivent se faire via un écran dans le sas. Il fallait un code que je ne pouvais pas connaître. L'interphone appelant la plateforme de service fonctionnait mais les appels n'aboutissaient jamais. J'ai du appeler le numéro surtaxé avec mon portable. L'opératrice m'a communiqué le code de réservation. Pas de chance il faut ensuite un code d'accès envoyé sur votre mail. Mail qui en passant par hôtel.com n'est pas votre mail perso
Donc impossible de rentrer dans le bâtiment et prendre la chambre
J'ai du revenir a 17h. La réceptionniste, serviable encore une fois, m'a informé que le problème est connu de longue date et concerne toutes les résa ******* hôtel.com dans tous les b&b....
Proprement injustifiable a mon avis ou alors il faut prévenir que le check in commence a 17h !!!

Très bien
3eme visite dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont très bien : spacieuses et confortable. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit. Mon hôtel favori pour mes déplacements professionnels à Poitiers

Excellent location to the airport and very quiet hotel. It's about 12€ to the middle of Poitiers so not that close to the centre. But as I didn't need to go for dinner I stayed in the hotel. Staff are friendly, the room was a good size with a big bed. Great shower and bathroom. Very very clean. Lighting is modern but harsh, shines in your eyes when you are in bed. I would very much have liked a kettle in the room, especially to have coffee first thing. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and I went down in the evening but it's not convenient. I will stay again
