the closest subway station, Rathaus, is closed for renovation that means you have to walk about 15-20 minutes from other stations. the bed sheet was not cleaned so as the sink. but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location , room is clean
Not secure as no staff would check your passport information when arrival late for check in and when I lost my room keys.
No kettle in room for hot water, not a good choice for Chinese people
Requested higher floor when I was checked in a room on the 1st floor .

Overall it's clean and the air conditioning is cold enough. The only drawback is that the shower room will easily flood out if there is water. This is probably mainly due to the height difference in the bathroom and the speed of water outflow and drainage. But maybe the weather here is very dry, so the water will dry up the next day. Hotel is well situated in the Josefstadt. Tram just a few minutes away and lots of Restaurants close by. The Hotels own Wine Bar served wine mainly from the immediate Region.
Friendly staff, breakfast with everything one needs and rooms a little larger than average made our stay very pleasant. We will come back for sure.

The room type I chose is on the fourth floor with a good view. The omelette for breakfast is also very good, you can add what you want to the kitchen. The only downside is that you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The elevator is an old-fashioned elevator, which is very interesting and has a sense of design. Really enjoyed the penthouse room, really really high ceiling and large windows. Had some trouble getting the blings down though. Huge bathroom with great bathtub. Will stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.
