I have booked NH Hotel many times. It has a good location, convenient transportation, good room conditions, and a wide variety of breakfast options.
The only drawback is that the prices of Vienna hotels have generally increased a lot in the past two years.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be in a good location. The room was slightly dusty and felt outdated. Unfortunately one of the charging ports did not work and we had to do some moving of furniture to get access to one that did.
The breakfast was great with plenty of options. We particularly enjoyed the French omelette but probably would not recommend the Kaiserschwarrm!

The hotel is a little outside of the classic hotspots, but you can quickly get to the center using public transport.
The sauna area is very inviting and was well used. The young breakfast staff should have been more attentive. The hotel is recommended for a city trip.
