Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

Excellent location. Very well maintained. Only issue is that coming from India we are accustomed to much higher hospitality standards and for this kind of money we can find some of the best hotels in India.

This is a safe and well-maintained hotel with a really central location. It was nice that the room had a high ceiling. However, there is no water (Austria says you can drink tap water, maybe that's why?!) and there is no coffee pot.

No es un Hotel 5 estrellas, antiguo y mal conservado. Como tantas otras críticas coincido que el trato del personal es pésimo. Cuartos ruidosos porque está en la calle peatonal. No guarda relación el precio con la calidad! Existen mejores opciones con la misma ubicación.
