Two bookings were made for a total stay of 3 nights. One was a large medium room and the other was a medium room. However, the front desk said that the room types he saw were the same. Eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Beim Check-in wurde die Vorabzahlung zwar bei meinem Kollegen wahrgenommen, bei mir jedoch nicht -- obwohl wir auf einer Buchung waren. Statt die Sache aber professionell zu klären, autorisierte der sehr desinteressierte Angestellte an der Rezeption meine Kreditkarte mit dem Gesamtbetrag plus Deposit, bevor ich überhaupt einschreiten konnte. Es dauerte mehrere weitere Besuche an der Rezeption, bis die Sache geklärt war. Dachte ich. Beim Auschecken wollte man meine Kreditkarte erneut belasten, obwohl alles längst vorab bezahlt war. Frühstück war inkludiert in der Buchung, dennoch wollte man es an jedem einzelnen Morgen beim Eingang zum Restaurant erneut berechnen und ich musste wieder zurück an die Rezeption, um das zu klären. Manchmal waren die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter dabei nett, manchmal traten sie einem mit derselben Überheblichkeit entgegen, für die Hotels dieser Kette auch andernorts -- in Berlin, München oder Hamburg -- bekannt sind. Aus meiner Sicht muss dieses Hotel dringend an der Organisation und Mitarbeiterschulung arbeiten. Sonst kommen sicherlich noch mehr Gäste wie ich nicht wieder. Frühstück ist gut, die Dachbar auch, mit schönem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich eher klein und durchschnittlich. Dafür lohnt sich der hohe Preis nicht. Die "inkludierte" Minibar verfügt über eine Cola, zwei Bier und zwei Wasserbecher für Leitungswasser. Keine Vorteile für Statuskunden. Definitiv nicht wieder.
