This should be considered a self-service hotel. After staying for 3 nights, I kept saying that there were no slippers and they had run out?? What? This is the first time I heard that the slippers were out of supplies. The water in the room was not taken away or replenished when the room was cleaned. The funniest thing is that when I returned to my room at night, my used bath towels were thrown on the floor, and the bath towel in the bathtub was not taken away. I even drained the water in the bathtub when I went out, but I didn't expect that the bath bag was still there. The roll paper is almost used up and no more is added. The location of the hotel is very good. It has a balcony and is within walking distance to the Golden Hall. You can just change clothes and walk there after the party. The hotel breakfast has very few varieties and nothing delicious.

Great location, 1 minute to the opera house and other few minutes to main historical museums and art displays.
The hotel has the best coffee in Viena! And it is too much to say.

We visited this hotel in Vienna for the first time and we were greeted by a wonderful group of young ladies and gentlemen who were always very welcoming and friendly offering us some good advice on how to get around Vienna. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable

Fantastic hotel. Right in the neighborhood and walkable to shopping. Just need to ask for room with a view. Ours had two buildings facing each other.

This hotel was our most favorite this Europe trip. It’s clean and the location was just perfect. Best of all were staff’s friendliness and wonderful breakfast buffet! Would stay again.
