Good location, washer dryer room, coffee dock, excellent staff, but small for a couple our room, tiny lift so no good for outsize bags, a few bars and restaurants in the area bus 13a good for train station, did museums and art galleries as rained a lot whilst there, Albertina and Belvedere excellent galleries and Schonbrunnn pre booked concert fantastic

Appartement 4 personnes fin août. On nous a donné un appartement au 1er étage sur la rue. Problème : températures élevées 32, 34 °c. Très très difficile de dormir car appartement non climatisé et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car bruit le soir du restaurant juste en dessous et bruit des voitures et des travaux le matin (avec grue juste à côté). Aucun geste commercial... Sinon bonne proximité du centre ville. Accueil ferme très tôt. Si vous arrivez après 17 ou 18h, on vous met la clé ds une boîte à clé...

Bel immeuble dans un quartier huppé, mais loin du centre et du tramway principal. Pas de climatisation ! A éviter l'été. Appartement au deuxième étage sombre sur cour. Porte d'entrée bruyante pas de groom Bel appartement, bien décoré et bonne literie 160. Très bien équipé.

Excellent assistance from the after-hours telephone service. We speak English only, and were impressed with the communication skills. We had made the reservation late, after office hours, and were further delayed by train disruptions so did not arrive until 11pm.
Good location for us exploring Vienna on foot as well as attending concert. Very comfortable room true to the on-line descriptions.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Vienna e comunque è ben collegata con i mezzi. La zona è tranquilla e piena di bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La camera era un po' piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutti i confort. La pulizia,in certi momenti, lasciava un po' a desiderare. Tutto sommato, lo consiglio.

Struttura gradevole con posizione comoda. Camere piccole, soprattutto angolo cottura. Personale disponibile e cortese.

This is an old property and the rooms seem to be renovated. There were different wings inside the hotel. Front office person was very polite and helpful with all the queries. Location is okay, near to the parliament house and other attractions. We had booked 5 rooms. 3 in one building, 2 in the other. The elevator is too small, it will just fit in your luggage. Our apartment had bed upstairs, there were no windows upstairs and the AC was not working. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The bathrooms are small. There is no safe/ storage locker in the apartment if that matters. The rooms however were clean. And the kitchenette had decent amount of cutlery. There are a few restaurants in the walking vicinity of the hotel.

Il soggiorno presso The Levante Rathaus Apartments è stato piacevole. Alla prenotazione avevo chiesto se fosse possibile alloggiare nella camera con soppalco e all'arrivo ho constatato con piacere che mi era stata riservata proprio quella camera che desideravo. La posizione della struttura è nella zona del Municipio, bella e tranquilla. Ci sono stati dei piccoli inconvenienti nel corso della permanenza che, anche se NON attribuibili direttamente alla struttura, sono stati però gestiti efficacemente dallo staff, prontamente intervenuto. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna, mi farà piacere tornare in questo appartamento.
