The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. We stayed for three nights with Park Hyatt Vienna and everything was so over the top. You would tell no expense was spared to make the hotel beautiful. The entire staff is amazing. They are always waiting to anticipate something you may need. Room service was catered to times when we were not in the room and bottles of water were always stocked up. Our room was a wonderful size. We did request extra pillows and those were brought promptly to the room. We had an issue with the shower being Luke warm and they send someone immediately to take a look and when I came back from dinner there was a ticket with clear communication that the concern was addressed. We tried their breakfast and it was nice. We also had lunch and that was very good as well. All these meals were eaten inside “The Bank” We also utilized the salon to get my husband a haircut. The atmosphere was very nice with water being offered and magazines to look through. I regret not having enough time to go to the pool or book a spa treatment. This was our first Park Hyatt experience and we hope that others match this standards. We will absolutely stay here again if in Vienna

We stayed at the Paris Hyatt Vendome and the Hyatt Milano and so we tried to compare them to the Hyatt Vienna. It is too close to call for us, We loved our stay here and breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The room was spacious and we had a comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance to many of the sights including the cathedral. Many thanks to Nick our host at check in, Stefano the concierge, Mario who helped with bags, Youssef the porter who hailed us a taxi, Joanna for room service, Anya, at checkout, and Bassam at breakfast. We loved our stay and it is a gorgeous hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Vienna for the second time this past week. We had such an incredible stay our first time around, almost always comparing all other hotels we stayed since then to the wonderful Park Hyatt Vienna. Traveling is really a hobby for us, and this hotel is quite literally one of our favorites in the world. This stay was no exception, and we were again sad to say goodbye. Our stay this November coincided with my birthday, and the concierge/guest relations team, specifically Paulina, went above and beyond to make this stay extra special. Upon arrival there were some special homemade treats wishing me “Alles Gute zum Geburtstag”, as well as a handwritten note. Our upgraded room was beautiful and clean, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job refreshing towels, soaps, and even bringing additional towels when asked. We were really looking forward to returning to the bar and restaurant which are set in an immaculately stunning room where service is always amazing. The mixed green salad with the carrot and ginger salad dressing was a highlight last time, and we must’ve ordered it at least five times during this stay, too. As good as we can remember! Cannot recommend the Park Hyatt Vienna enough. The team, location, rooms, and food are truly unbeatable.

Das Park Hyatt in Wien ist nicht nur das erste Haus am besten Platz, es ist fast schon ein Kunstwerk. Allerbeste Lage in der Innenstadt, historisch, monumentales Gebäude, sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer, hervorragendes Personal, das Frühstücks beziehungsweise Abend Restaurant im ehemaligen Bankraum ist in seiner Art schon einzigartig und unübertrefflich. Man spürt im ganzen Haus, dass man in Wien ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hinsichtlich Auswahl aber vor allem in der Qualität absolut einzigartig und unübertrefflich. Wer in Wien das Besondere oder Beste sucht, kommt am Park Hyatt nicht vorbei. Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Haus und werden auch wiederkommen.
