Location is very good but staff are not friendly
It's good for a short stay, but if you stay for a long time, I recommend another hotel

Location: 10/10. Centrally located and walking distance to most sites. Next Cafe Central Room: 4/10 Old and outdated. Carpet had stains and have seen better days. Bed was hard and pillows were too thin. Window shades were broken and would not come up. Bathroom is in dire need of updating. Old, old,old! Counters and fixtures have hard water stain and corrosion. Small bathroom that looked and felt like a motel bathroom.

Had a smell in the room and on informing reception they looked at it immediately. It was a freon gas leak from the fridge and as we had to move rooms we were given an upgrade. Should rooms have freon gas detectors?
Staff were excellent and the location is the best in Vienna to see all attractions, go for the tours, go to an opera, the Spanish horse show and many more.

Perfect central location. Excellent gluten free options for breakfast. Exceptionally helpful reception staff. Extremely clean and felt very safe and well cared for.

The staff fantastic, lobby and downstairs area was lovely. The room has everything you needed expect an iron and board, it felt slightly dated in the bathroom and had weak water pressure and low shower head. We chose this mostly for location which couldn’t have been better. Close enough to the main attractions via metro or walking yet quiet enough and safe enough at night to come back late.
