Hotel location is really crazy. Right near the Opera House. Near the subway. Near the shopping center. It's an old European hotel, but it has a more atmosphere and the room is bigger and has a balcony.

An outstanding hotel: location is absolutely central and convenient for everything. Accommodations are very comfortable, clean and well designed. The lobby area is elegant and has a nice lounge area for coffee, drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. We didn’t try the restaurant. The staff are welcoming and kind, and go above and well beyond the call of duty, as a matter of habit. We lost a phone in an Uber, and Bettina Baumgartner and her colleagues at the desk were not only sympathetic but also solved what seemed an intractable problem. Without their help, our holiday would have been seriously impacted. You could not go wrong staying here, and the price is reasonable for all these advantages. Highly recommended, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Got robbed during our stay while we had breakfast downstairs, both us and the parents room… They went through my, my husbands and the parents bags. The only solution to this situation offered by the hotel was for us to go to the police station as they say they talked to the staff and they know nothing. Be cautious and extremely careful if staying at this hotel and hide all valuables or don't take them with you to this hotel at all. Honestly, stress is not worth the stay here.

Das Hotel wurde nach über einem Jahr aufwendiger Renovierung wiedereröffnet. Wir waren 3 Wochen nach Eröffnung da. Man hat sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Neugestaltung gegeben ohne den ursprünglichen Charme zu vernachlässigen. Es ist gelungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt im Zentrum. Eine öffentliche Tiefgarage gibt es im die Ecke. Einzig die Abläufe beim Zimmerservice müssen sich noch etwas einspielen und die Damen sollten etwas mehr Zeit für die Reinigung erhalten um tatsächlich alles ausführen zu können und einheitlich vorzugehen. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind top!

Séjour 3 nuits du 17 au 20 mais 2024. Parfait. Excellent emplacement, juste à côté des commerces MAIS au calme, 2 min à pied de l'Opéra et des bus, 5 min du Hofburg. Hôtel très propre et très beau. Chambre spacieuse et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Petit déjeuner bien. Personnel au top, ils sont tous souriants et disponibles.

Such a lovely hotel. Wife and I stayed here in September 2022. Very historic hotel with older rooms. The hotel it self is a bit dated, which is kinda nice as it fits in with the old hotels of Vienna, but modern enough to keep with technology of today. Very very good location, pretty much in the heart of the city, everything you need to see is within walking distance. Really enjoyed our time :)

Two outstanding positives, are the location and the staff. The staff really made me feel at home. It is a beautiful old building. I booked a small room, but was more than adequate. Modern bathroom. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of food and drinks. Will recommend this hotel.

On 11.12.2022 at 17.00 I asked the receptionist, probably Dana, to use one of the hotel's meeting rooms for a joint meeting with 14 people staying at the hotel. We rented 7 rooms for 4 nights for one hour only for a joint birthday celebration for one of the guests who were with us. It is not possible to sit in a hotel room with such an amount of The people immediately received a third answer claiming that the meeting rooms were empty but ready for tomorrow.. despite all my requests and even after I promised that the room would be clean and tidy at the end, the receptionist immediately gave a third answer and did not try to help with my request. I did not receive any treatment or attempt to give a solution to my request. It's a shame we rented 7 rooms in the hotel .. there is no consideration for the guests or their requests I personally will not take this hotel again .. service and service does not exist in this hotel it's a shame
