Great Vienna location Excellent location, had everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. Train station is right downstairs and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

Poor quality apartment in nice location Nice location for a one bedroom apartment, but… The smell of garbage permeates the lobby as the garbage room is right next to the elevator. We found blood on the fitted sheet of the pull out couch, a pillow, and blood on the side of the couch. When we found the spare sheets they were in a ball in the bottom of a cabinet dusty and dirty. We found hairballs on the bathroom floor and no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no ice tray for making ice and the freezer was very dirty with the handle to open it broken. The wood floor has many dents and scratches. The walls are very dirty with marks, dents, and scratches. The bedroom AC unit spontaneously stopped working periodically and needed to be reset to start working again. When messaging management we received an apology and they would take the issue up with their cleaning service. Poor quality apartment in a nice location with an average price. Difficult to recommend.

Excellent - best location and great room. Cold AC. Excellent - best location you could possibly ask for. Right on top of a metro stop and right near St. Stephen's church. Room is really a small apartment (full kitchen) and we loved it. Shower had great hot water, AC was cold, and loved using it as a point of rest in between sightseeing.

Great place in excellent location. Amazing location right beside the church. Comfortable bed. Had a small kitchen, strong wifi and a a washer. Would be great if the TV had netflix built in, but we werent there for TV. You have to call them to get buzzed in at first. Good for people to know they need acess on their cell.

Nice apartment, great location! Unfortunately, there was an issue and we did not get to stay in the room we booked. This put a slight damper in the beginning of our stay because we were one bed short and made the stay a little uncomfortable. They explained the situation and compensated us for the inconvenience. The check in email with instructions didn’t make it to my inbox (not their fault) so I wasn’t aware that our apartment was not in the beautiful yellow building in the photos and we arrived at the incorrect location. However, the apartment we were provided was well maintained and had a great location! Across the street, you have a bus stop, within a few minutes walk was a grocery store and train station. You are only one stop away from Stephenplatz! We often walked/rode the train. They provide a binder with useful information. My only suggestion is to include instructions on how to use the washing machine and stove top as I needed to Google that info. It is a micro machine so you can only wash a few items at a time otherwise it shakes really bad during the spin cycle. Had to purchase detergent/softener but left it there for the next person. The Nespresso machine was nice and easy to use. Two small closets with a good amount of storage space/hangers. It does have a courtyard view but really what you see is a wall.

It was a very great location. The apartment was nice and comfortable, but the AC just did not cool very well and it was very hot that week. The shower was kind of small and there was not a lot of counterspace. The apartment was non-smoking, but you could smell smoke coming from the other units when you go into the bathroom.
