Both the hotel and room were nice and clean. The location was within walkable distance to major attractions; 10 min to opera house, 20 min to St Stephen’s. The breakfast was good but not spoiled with choices. Recommendable and value for money.

Good day
unfortunately we could not start the trip because the flight was canceled at the airport on the day of departure. We immediately informed the hotel and canceled the overnight stay. We wrote to Trip.com and asked for a refund of the booking costs for the hotel. That was a week ago, to date we have not received any written notification of the refund. We only get emails every 2 days that it is being processed. Unfortunately, this is not a quick process. We hope that the situation at the airports will normalize again and that we can book the hotel in Vienna again with Trip.com. Of course, this also depends on the reimbursement of the booking costs for the unused overnight stay.

Our stay was short but we loved the experience with the hotel. We initially had booked a single room for the two of us. Our son decided to join us at the last minute and the hotel was very accommodating to give him a room at the same rate as ours. The rooms were nice, large and cosy. Very conveniently located - next to the museum and around 10 mins walk from city centre. Breakfast spread was awesome. Would love to come back.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have every stayed in. Why? It is situated in a brilliant location, has friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of variety to suit all tasted, lovely spacious bedroom and is excellent value for money. This hotel is situated about ten minutes walk from U4 station and local trams, fifteen-twenty minutes from all the main attraction in Vienna - Nachtsmarkt, Opera House, shops, cathedral, hop on hop off buses, cafes and restaurants. Brilliant All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and even provided an umbrella to use! Rest of hotel - dining room and bar and reception are equally as clean and well kept. All in all the perfect place to stay in Vienna
