Disappointing hotel.
When I gave up on my trip due to sudden illness and contacted them to cancel more than 4 days in advance, other hotels in Austria and other countries were able to cancel smoothly by submitting a medical certificate.
However, this hotel was the only one that would not accept it at all, so I paid the full amount even though I never used the hotel. I cannot accept this at all. I am very disappointed with this inhumane treatment. Also, there has been no reply to my inquiries.
It was unbelievable that I received automated emails repeatedly offering me a room upgrade, even though I was worried about not receiving a reply.
I sent the email three times before finally receiving a cold reply. It is very disappointing.

The location is appropriate, the breakfast is rich, and the service attitude is friendly. Although there is a network failure and the repair time is too long, it still has good reviews. It's not that good
I went there because of the good reviews, but there's a line for check-in and check-out
There aren't enough people at the reception, and sometimes there aren't any
They're not friendly, it feels like you don't care if you come or not
They use 3 buildings, and the farthest building is a 5-minute walk from the reception
The farthest building barely has wifi
I stayed for several nights, but they didn't empty the trash can
The floor is a little dirty
There's a bit of a cigarette smell coming from the trash can. It's especially not recommended for non-smokers
It's not that good in many ways

The hotel is old. There are many oil paintings and portraits in the lobby. There are fresh flowers and the hotel has a garden. It is quiet. There is no discount for parking. It is not a hotel parking lot. Parking is very expensive, more than 40 yuan a day.
