Hot, hot, hot... It's very hot. The elevator door button is not very easy to use. You have to hurry up. If you push the stroller and pull the suitcase, it's easy to be late. The elevator door will close automatically and you will be pinched very hard. It's a sharp pain.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The window can see the Art Museum, and the People's Park is across the road. The breakfast buffet is good, and the oranges are especially fresh and sweet. There is a Chinese restaurant called "Hao" about 100 meters away. The taste is very good, but it takes a long time to wait and the price is not cheap. The facilities of the hotel are average for a five-star hotel. Children's beds can be provided for children under the age of four; the bathrooms in some rooms have poor drainage, and the entire bathroom will be wet, and the executive room is slightly better. Room arrangement and cleaning are sloppy. When I checked in, I arranged the executive room as an ordinary room without a refrigerator and a bathtub, and insisted that it was an executive room. Fortunately, Ctrip came forward to coordinate and changed the room type and apologized; the waiter would forget to clean it, so I had to call the front desk to request it. My friend who was traveling had the horrible experience - the cleaner put the bin lid directly on her clean clothes - thankfully the hotel cleaned it up and apologized after the friend lodged a formal complaint. It feels like I apologize when I make a mistake, and then continue to make mistakes... I think the chances of staying again in the future are not high.

Spacious, fluffy bed, clean and modern bathroom, located between the Opera House and the Art History Museum, so it was convenient wherever I went. I was very satisfied with the friendly staff and the high-quality breakfast menu.

Absolutely do not recommend the rooftop room. I had a rooftop room to see the view, but it was a room with only the roof visible, and it was stretched on both sides as if it were a construction tent, so it was not private at all. When entering a room, you have to take the elevator and go up the stairs twice to get out of the room. I don't want to go back a second time.
