去過好多次維也納，這家酒店歷史最好！歐洲高級酒店很少，這家高級大氣上檔次，自助餐一流，多瑙河河景，商務酒吧，服務到位！以後衹要是出行維也納就衹選這家酒店了！

房間很乾凈，多瑙河邊風景不錯，離地鐵站也不遠，總體很好。

The hotel is near the subway station, and it is very convenient to walk there. However, the hotel entrance is connected to a bridge. It is a bit inconvenient to push luggage on the bridge, but the location is good, the environment is quiet, and it is also by the lake. I booked a triple room. The room has 2 large beds and a lot of space for activities. This room type is great!

Right by the Danube, it's suitable for self-driving trips. Public transportation is actually a bit troublesome and requires transfers. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very complete, and there is a self-service supermarket where you can buy things at any time, which is great

The front desk supervisor provided very bad service. We clearly booked a room with children, but she said she didn't receive any information from Ctrip. Ctrip's service was very good, but she refused to accept our direct explanation over the phone. She charged an extra 50 euros. Her name seemed to be Karon. She brought discredit to the hotel.

Except for the view of Duonao River from every direction, there is nothing particularly good about this Hilton hotel. When you look at my pictures, you don’t imagine Duonaohe to be as beautiful as she is. I also feel that the hotel staff are obviously not as enthusiastic towards Chinese people as they are towards people from other countries. There is a small supermarket in 5 minutes' walk (see picture), and in another 4 minutes' walk you can reach the station and shopping mall (see picture). Since shopping malls close at 8pm, it was quiet when I returned to the hotel after 8pm. No one was walking on the street, which made me feel a bit unsafe. These are all minor issues. The worst part is from 7:00 to 9:00 every morning, because too many people use water, the water pressure is not enough, and there is very little running water, making it impossible to take a bath. I called the front desk and said that I was taking a shower. She said that the maintenance staff only came to work at 9 o'clock and could not help us. Alas! Oh my god! In addition, we hung up "Do Not Disturb" outside the door of the room, but found that someone had entered the room many times and moved our things. The reason was that we took pictures of the room every day before going out and compared it when we came back. So our items must have been moved. If you move in, be careful with your belongings and lock your belongings. Since there is no CCTV outside the door, we can't pursue it. It takes at least 1.5 hours to drive to and from the main attractions every day, which is a waste of precious time and I regret choosing the wrong hotel.
